Marrakech (or Marrakesh) in southern Morocco,
has been for centuries a meeting point for tourists and a centre of social fun. It was the southern tribe where Berber nomads would sell their products to market and spend some of the profits in leisure and stock merchandise. The heart of Marrakech is the Jemaa el Fna, the square where crowds gather to work and visit. In this square you can find snake charmers, monkey tamers, acrobats, henna artists, jugglers, storytellers, magicians and fire eaters. At one edge of the square there are located the souks of Marrakech, several markets where almost everything can be sold. Do not miss the Saadian Tombs, the Koutoubia Mosque, the El Badi Palace, the Ben Youssef Medersa, the Majorelle Garden and the Menara Gardens. One of the best hotels of Africa is the Mammounia, a hotel full of history located in the heart of the city. In Marrakech you can join a tour to Atlas Mountains. Hotels in Marrakech
