The Pont Neuf (New Bridge)
is the oldest bridge of the River Seine in Paris. After its completion in 1607, Henry IV inaugurated across the riding. The equestrian statue of King, bronze was melted in the Revolution, but replaced in 1818. The first pedestrian bridge in the city, was groundbreaking at the time because it had built houses. The bridge has 12 arches and a width of 275 m and extending to both sides of the island (Ile de la Cité). Hotels in Paris
