The French author Victor Hugo (1802-1885)
lived on the second floor of the Hotel de Rohan-Guéménée, the largest house in the Place des Vosges in Paris. Victor Hugo lived here between 1832 and 1848 and wrote most of Les Miserables in this house. In 1903 the house was turned into a museum. Hotels in Paris
