Lake Eyre is the lowest natural point
in Australia. Located in South Australia, 700 km (435 mi) north of Adelaide, the Lake Eyre rarely fills but when that happens it’s the largest lake in Australia. The Lake Eyre is officially known as Kati Thanda-Lake Eyre. It’s not easy to get Lake Eyre by road but it is worthy. The lake has the same salinity as the sea when it is full but when it dries up, the salinity increases by the time the water evaporates.
