National Memorial Flag
The Argentina Flag Memorial
or the National Flag Memorial is a huge complex built on the shores of Parana River in the beautiful city of Rosario. The memorial was inaugurated in 1957 to celebrate the anniversary of the death of Manuel Belgrano, the creator of the Argentine flag.
